Ttc while breastfeeding

I am currently 12 months pp, and AF just returned yesterday for the first time. We are now officially ttc! Looking for any advice, I'm a natural minded momma, so would love any personal advice on herbs or supplements to help!
Also looking for a good recommendation for folic acid supplements!
