My body is pissing me off. The past 6 months i've been having dull period like cramps all the time. (the kind I get when I ovulate or am about to start my period) I've also been getting a fair amount of ewcm multiple times throughout my cycle the past few months, when I used to only get it once a month during ovulation.

I'm overdue for a papsmear so when I get that done i'll be asking my doctor about this, but until then I was just wondering if anyone here experiences the same thing? The cramps are really annoying I feel like i'm either constantly ovulating or constantly about to get my period. (I don't know if this matters but it seems to have all started after I had my MC a bit over 6 months ago)

Any idea on what would cause this constant cramping?

Cysts maybe? I had them constantly for a while because of birth control, but they weren't any harmful, just dull cramps that sometimes got sharp.

Hmm well I did get an ultrasound done after my MC that didn't show anything abnormal (cysts would show up on an ultrasound i'm assuming?) But you said that birth control caused it? ... because I got on the pill for a few months after my MC (been off it for a month now to give my body a break because I hate being on hormonal BC) I'm starting it again next month because my periods are really heavy/painful while off it and with the constant cramps/ewcm I don't feel confident using NFP like I used to.

Do cysts go away on their own or do you have to get surgery to remove them? Thinking back to my ultrasound the lady asked me something weird but I can't remember exactly what it was. It might have been if I had ever had cysts or PCOS or something like that which worried me so I asked her if something looked wrong and she told me it was fine. When I got the ultrasound report it didn't mention anything so I forgot about it but now i'm worrying again lol. Surely if she had seen something like that it would be in the report.

mine went away on their own. I cysts that were around an inch in diameter. Some require surgery though
