weight loss and birth control.

so i still have a bit to think about what birth control i want to get on, my pp appointment is feb 8th but im trying to lose weight like a lot of weight. im at 198 right now and trying to get to at least 150. but what birth controls do you mamas have and what forms have the lowest dose of hormones. cause i believe hormones are what makes you gain weight, and i dont want that which is why im not getting on the shot lol.

these are my nos already so dont recommend these; patch im allergic, nuvaring kept falling out for me too frusterating, and mini pill i dont like the idea of taking it at the SAME tme and if you miss a pill your screwed.

just need some ideas of a birth control i can take but still lose weight easily.

oh, and iud is probably out. im afraid of getting it after my c section.

I got preg with mirena, that was last bc I tried, now we just use spermicidal condoms, I hate wieght gain from bc, I lost all weight by 6 weeks pp and gained 40lbs on bc lol that sucked...

I went from 189 after having my 3rd, and never got on bc, and lost all the weight....

Condoms aren't ideal, but it works better for me at least

yeah im thinking bout just sticking to condoms . cause everytime somebody says something to me i find something to rule it out lol

At least with us, I know I'm good lol, I don't have to worry or freak out, and we've never been so into it that we we *forget, lol I always start pushing him away and crawling away, he gets more turned in putting it on, its win/win!! Lol
