its a little TMI

so at work today i noticed if i stand to long i have lower back ache and cramping like im on my period,tonight when i came home and used the restroom there was brownish discharge!i still have a lower back ache just wondering if anyone else has gone through this, by the way i am only 6 weeks,

I'd call your OB about it in the morning...

Mild cramping will be normal for awhile. Bleeding/spotting is also normal. As long as you're not in horrible pain, or filling up a pad with bright red blood you should be fine. Brown blood is old blood.

thank u both! i was feeling pretty sick yesterday so i thought maybe an 8 hour shift was over doing it today, and i have my first appointment tomorrow, so hopefully its nothing to bad

Aw good luck tomorrow! Bring it up and ask, I always did for reassurance.  

yeah i kinda feel like it might be like a bladder infection or something i do get them often

This might be a little late but I was in the hospital yesterday morning with lower back pain and it shot down my legs and I also had some cramping and I noticed I was really itchy "down there" so I went to the er, and they did a catheder (which hurt more than anything) to test for a urinary tract infection which was negative but they said having something like that while your pregnant especially since you're just 6 weeks can actually cause a miscarriage. So if its late or your ob is closed I would go to the er... but bring somebody to help you out because they do some painful testing for certain things. Just thought I would put my two cents in.
