SmartBalls- Uncomfortable?

Hey guys!

I ordered the original Smartballs- kegel exercisers, and they came in yesterday. Anyways, I tried them out and they fit okay, but the damn nub at the end where the string connects is really irritating me   I don't know what to do. I think I'm too "shallow" down there for the length of the thing to fit properly. I also have a tilted uterus, so that complicates things. Anyways, have you experienced this? I'm just thinking of cutting the string off, it's really bothering me and the string is so thick there is no way I'll be able to just ignore it or forget about it lol.

I wouldn't cut the string off. The chance of it getting stuck is pretty slim, but I wouldn't want to take that chance, kwim?

Also, I didn't know those were for kegel exercises! lol I got one at a sex party as a favor and DH and I just use it for foreplay  

do i dare ask what thats for/how its used???

i know what keagles is but never heard of using anything for it.

LOL yeah, they are MEANT for kegels, or helping in them, but they're also used for playtime  

Ugh...I don't know, I don't understand why they use such rough material for the string- yuck! Does it irritate you?

They're supposed to help tone your PC muscles, even on their own, but it's recommended that you do your kegels with it as well to get the best results. You can do exercises- there are a bunch listed online, that are specifically FOR this stuff. It's supposed to be helpful in giving you better strength etc. But it makes a difference because you have resistance when you squeeze, which is very helpful. You actually have something to squeeze against so you know you're doing it right.

PS- I just realized the company lied, they sent me Duoballs and not Smartballs...same thing really, but it's irritating....oh well, lol, these will do.

Well, especially when you're first starting to do them, you don't always know HOW to do them, so it helps to have something to squeeze around and hold onto. That's why they suggest holding your pee to see how long you can squeeze it shut. So this toy is something else you can squeeze around and hold onto.

Yeah it doesn't make much sense to me either.
It doesn't really bother me so much as annoy me a little. I usually kind of ball up the string and stick it right up by my vag, between the lips. You could also try letting the string hang outside of your underwear? That could be more annoying, though.

I'm going to have to figure it out, because it's driving me crazy lol. Maybe I'll take the string off and replace it with a satin type string, I'll make sure it's secure before I use it again, but still....ugh....didn't they think how rough the string would feel? LOL

Depends on the woman, some women leave them in for only 15 minutes a day, other women leave them in for hours and do daily activities in them. I wear mine all day and I'm already noticing a positive difference.
