ok i have the metal balls w NO string and they got stuck i sugguest you try a few times and ignore lol its not fun when it gets stuck esp if you wanna use it durung sex w no string... youll end up having to go fishing hahaha

This fascinates me. Exactly what is the benefit of using these things and developing your muscles down there? Does it make you tighter or what? I just can't think of any reason to exercise that area unless you just had a baby vaginally and want to tighten up.

As for the metal balls getting stuck... How the smurf do you get them out??   Do you jam your whole damn fist up there or what? I just can't imagine losing a golf ball-sized object in my twat... How weird, lol.

Well, they're very helpful in keeping your PC muscles tight and strong. It actually CAN make a difference even if you haven't had children- It doesn't hurt to do a little maintenance. It can keep your muscle control tighter which means bladder control can also be better as you get older. As we get older, sometimes sneezing or coughing can produce a little leak- It happens more often than we think, so these balls can help prevent that in the future.

They can't get lost inside you, so it is not an emergency if they get a little stuck lol They make Smartballs with a string connecting the balls (I have them, but I took the string off, it was too rough and irritated me.) Once you are strong enough, you can just push them out. Within the week I've been able to push them out on my own without my hands- so I don't have to worry about them being stuck. My BF told me he noticed a BIG difference in my muscle control, he was actually a little sore from how much tighter things were lol. And that is only in a week of daily wearing.

SO I think they can help in a few different ways....Doesn't hurt to try  

This may sound like a dumb question but... (also I just heard about these maybe this year or last year...)

Do both balls go in or just one or can you do either? When I first saw these I had no idea what they were, then I read a description and it said it goes inside and you do keagels with them, which I didn't know what those were till a couple years ago.

At first I thought it was one ball in, one ball out, but then I read fifty shades and she put both in.

So is it usually both or can you do either way? I only ask cause the ones I've seen all have that little dip in the middle making it look like one might stay on the outside.

Not dumb at all   It really depends. If you want to just warm up with ONE ball and get used to that before taking in both, you can do that- but you will just have to lay down for that- you can't walk around with one ball in and one out. So you CAN do it that way. But they also sell SmartBalls in single- Teneo Uno I think it's called....and it's just a single ball connected to a retrieval string. But the double balls, you are meant to wear them both on the inside, and you CAN wear them all day while you're doing chores, going out- whatever. Some of them make a bit of noise that can be heard in a quiet room though, so be warned lol. They can also be used during anal sex (inserted vaginally).

Oh ok. That's interesting... when I first saw them I thought, who would want to stick those inside them? And I still feel like it would be a bit weird... lol

Any idea what they're made out of? 1 on amazon says silicone, but what about the others

For some reason I can't believe you use stuff like this lol. I mean I DO believe you, just pictured you as the sorta shy type like me. Those things look so weird if i seen them before reading your post I wouldn't know what they were, probably thinking it was a dog toy

What if you put the entire thing (string included) into a condom and put the condom inside you so that a little bit of it sticks out? That way you can easily grab it to pull it out and the string isn't rubbing against you.

Also you could do this with the single balls that someone mentioned got stuck and they had to go fishing for them. You could just pull them out.
