I'm seriously considering having a breast augmentation next year. I have the time and the money to have it done, so it's one of my top priorities. I wouldn't have to tell people, they would be able to tell by looking.

I would get my boobs lifted....after 3 kids...they hang really low, and I am sure after this one, its going to be worse...lol.

I would get my breasts done, but I probably would not announce it. I doubt very many would notice.

Boobs most definitely and I would love to get my bellybutton fixed! The hole where it was pierced got pretty ugly after having my babies.

I would love a nose job and breast augmentation with a lift... Is it sad that I want a lift and Im only 23 and have only had and breastfed 1 baby?!
