How do you guys stay together and communicate?

I know what you mean, I feel like us females age a lot faster than guys. I wonder if it's because of our biological stance or something.

I would write down all of your concerns and sit him down and have a talk. 24 isn't that young. My SO is 24 and made a stupid decision to quit his job, but he got another one pretty much right away and supports our family the best he can. Yours just seems a bit lazy.

I think that 24 is still a very immature age for most people. Where 27 is approaching 30's and most people are more like you, finished with school and working into a job, I can tell you that I would never date someone that young.

Life experience is not something you can learn in school. It has to happen in time. I think he probably has some maturing to do.

Yeah I agree, 24 shouldn't be that young. I was working full time and a part time job, volunteering, and doing lab work at my college at the time. : (

How long did it have him find a job, and is he also younger thant you? Good idea to sit and talk about it calmly... lately we have been arguing and it's just gotten too much.

No, he's two years older than me. It took him a little over a month or so to find a job, but we also had a house fire so that delayed his looking for a little bit. He was a mechanic when he finished high school/trade school, and then started at Geico for 3 years, and now he's back to mechanics.

I'm glad he has a steady job, and you seem mature for your age.

I'm not even looking for a guy who has 100,000$ but as for us girls, it is kind of weary and hard when you work a lot of the days and it seems that he isn't trying as much. It makes me wonder if I am going to have a baby, who is going to pull in the weight when I can't work.

I'm sorry if this has been answered but does he have any college completed?

Uhg, you know sometimes i have no idea. Most of the time we just avoid certain stuff. I have to admit i supress a lot of it because he has a wanderful job at a factory, he pays the bills and supports us all and we have our own house.. He's just immature in a relationship.

i am 29 my husband is 24 or 25 i can't remember but i think he is 24.
he is a lot like your boyfriend. he isn't motivated to do too much and it really effects our relationship. i have 2 kids and he came into the relationship knowing that and he said he was sure. we have been married for close to a year and together for 2 years before that. it doesn't get any better let me tell you.

Sorry for the late response.

He is one year and half into his Associate's. He's able to transfer late this year to a 4 year college.
