Digi OPK **HELP**

I'm re-posting this here at a better time of day and in the TTC forum in hopes of getting some replies. Questions in BOLD and pics at the end.


I need thoughts on this OPK. My first six tests (testing since CD 5 like the box said) had no line, then CD 11 and CD 12 had faint lines, then this dark line on CD 13, then extremely faint line on CD 14, and no line on CD 15, then a dark line again on CD 16....   Does the line inside not mean anything at all? I heard some people say there is only a line if the test is positive...   Is it possible I had a surge but the digi didn't detect it?

Also I read the box and the test expires this month...Could that have anything to do with it?

Thoughts? Advice? Input? Any help would be great appreciated.

I've never used this brand but with the clearblue ones (the smiley face digital) it says that the line means nothing. I have had negatives with lines amd positives wuthout. Hope that answers your question!

It could be that you had a surge that wasn't strong enough so you had a second surge. I know my surge is coming up when the tests start getting darker and I always have sex on the first day I get a positive. I also use temping/charting to confirm when I ovulated. Wouldn't hurt to have sex on both days you got positives. Not sure about the expiration date but I would imagine it's still good for awhile after, they just put a sooner date to be safe.

Yeah that's just the thing though. I haven't gotten ANY positives. All the tests say "NO-", just the line is changing. They've all been negative so far.

I'm taking these damn things because I'm fearful I'm not ovulating (long story) and I've gotten "NO-"s all month (even throughout my suspected O week), but the lines are now confusing me and I don't know if they mean anything or not...

Ask your doctor for a post O P4 test. It will tell if you are ovulating or not.

NP. It's a very simple, very common blood test. You should have no problem getting one.
