Innie became an outie. Help!

My 3 year old DD has had a distended tummy for the last couple of days. Tonight I realized that her innie belly button has become an outie. Her belly has been very firm also when it used to be soft. She has been pooping, but maybe she is constipated? Or something? We have eaten a lot in the past few days. She has been complaining her stomach hurts.

My mom said something about tumors. Now I'm freaked out. Help?

You need to take her to the doctor. This could be a hernia or a number of other things.
