Pain and Pressure

For the last few hours oI've been having horrible pelvic and lower back pain accompanied by pressure that comes and goes against ,y rectum. Is it possible that baby's dropping down now? I can actually bend over to tie my shoes now and don't feel as short of breath now as well. I just feel like everything from the hips down is going to just fall off soon, haha.

Start timing them. You could be in labor....with both of my kiddos it was all back labor (till the end). It feels like a cramp and eventually stabbing pain in my lower back and around my tail bone.

The pains come anywhere from every minute to every 20 minutes. I've been keeping an eye on them when I realized they were coming in waves.

It really wouldn't hurt to call your ob/mw just to be safe. This sounds exactally like when I went into ptl with DS1

I experienced that pain and pressure pretty constantly between 30-36 weeks. It was from the baby dropping, butt first into the birth canal.
