Juice cleanse

I have eaten like crap for the past two weeks thanks to the holidays and all that they have left behind. I really feel horrid and have decided I want to go on a cleanse of some form. Have you ever done a juice cleanse? If so did you purchase juice or make your own? What kind of juicer do you have if you do it by yourself? What are some things that are MUST have in order to function with energy? I know by drinking lots of water I can curb my appetite but I need some help because I've never done a juice cleanse before. Thanks!

try that site it might be able to give you some more info. I think that it is better to make your own juice that way you know what is going into it and it is fresher and should have more nutrients. Good luck, I hope this helps.

Thanks! I agree on making it on my own for the fact that I know what is in it. i have seen there are companies that send you premade boxes of fresh juice and it is just more convenient. I don't mind making it on my own that just means I would have to buy a juicer and the good ones are pricey.
