Dropping too soon?

I went for a sono last Wednesday and the technician said that the baby was breech. (Not that it matters because I am scheduled July 28th for a C-section). On Saturday night I was having a lot of discomfort in the area around where my c-section scar is. When I went for my 31 week check upon Tuesday, the doctor told me that the baby turned and is head down and low.I have been very uncomfortable since last night as far as pressure near my bladder, I have had several loose bowel movements (sorry TMI)and my Mom told me that I have dropped over the past few days. Not to mention that I have a bad cough that causes even more pains in the lower abdomin. Do you think that it is too early for me to be dropping or am I just being paranoid? I am sorry this turned more in to a rant. I just really don't feel well.
