You're only 3 weeks PP of course it is! Lol but you and I both know crunches won't help that. You have to let the skin shrink, and if its fat then you need cardio not crunches. You can't target fat loss. Start walking and you'll feel soooo much better. I'd say take your baby for 2 walks a day, around 1-2 miles each time.
If you want to see how far 2 miles is go to mapmyrun.com
You can map out different routes and it will give you the exact mileage

It can be a brisk walk, but NO running just yet. You still have to give your body time to heal. "</blockquote>

I'm gonna be good and follow the rules I guess, not worth the risk.

Crunches make me feel better, along with the elliptical   but I'm gonna wait & walk like I've been suggested! It's only three more weeks.

I'm only 3 weeks PP, and I definitely do not feel like I'm ready to go all out, lol. I have started stretching though, working on getting proper range of motion back. You can do that, and there are certain stretches you can do to strengthen your core (abdomen and back), and even get your abdominal muscles to reattach.

I think I just pushed myself too hard. We were on vacation and I thought I felt great. Just listen to your body and go slower than you think you should.

Aww, thank you! I love your kiddos names, too. Especially Violet!
