Speech

My son will be 20 months on the 15th. He doesn't really talk much. When he does say a few words you can't understand what hes saying. He knows bad but doesn't put the d at the end, same with cat and dog, he doesn't say t or g at the end of the word. Words that have an a at the end like Bella or Tonka he can say just fine. Should I be worried? I try to work on words with him as much as possible. He knows some sign language so that helps with communication. Are there any words you'd suggest that i could work on him with?

Just talk. Label everything. Never shut up.

At that age I was worried with my boys. They are both in speech, my 4 yr old is in a special ed preschool that helps with his speech. My 2 year old has a speech therapist come to my house! We have used a lot of pictures to help my 2 year old try and talk.
