fondant recipies

Does anyone know any fondant recipes that actually taste good? Fathead's party is coming up and she's being pretty specific about the goodies. Quite a few require fondant but I know nothing about it.

Marshmallow fondant is better tasting than many. It's really easy too.

Marshmallow Fondant. It's easy and tastes better. I made it for dds first birthday cake. I didn't use a lot but it was easy to make and to work with.
