preemie clothes for the NICU

I love this site and preparing for my second babies birth has brought me back to it
thought I would share with the other moms who need or want affordable and NICU safe preemie clothes from micro to just tiny newborn sizes its all here and all made for those annoying incubators and wires that help your baby
being able to finally put clothes on my son helped make it more real and the wires were more organized and seemed less scary for This is for babies who are allowed clothes so mommas ask if your baby can handle that kind of stimulation first some cant wear clothes for a min

Thank you for sharing, we didn't even think to put clothes on our LO in the NICU but he was only there for 8 days and after like 6 days, they put a halloween onsie on him (he was born oct 21).

Also, You HAVE to use punctuation hun, your post was extremely hard for me to follow because I couldn't tell when a sentence ended and a new one began. I had to read parts of it several times.

Yup. They like them nekkid in case they have to work quickly. I'd only bet dress the baby for a holiday for pics. Maybe just a onesie otherwise if baby was stable. Goodness knows they won't get cold in the NICU!

Only if the parents don't supply NICU friendly clothing. My son was born at 26 weeks and 5 days. He got to wear clothes starting at 3 weeks. www.preemieproud.com specializes in micropreemie clothing that is meant for the NICU. They sell things like NICU "wraps" that have a velcro front for quick easy access and go up to 5 pounds.

All NICUs are diffrent and alot I am sure is based off the babies needs my son was just small and early he had no other issues so my experience is usually more on the easy side compared to what other moms of preemies have gone thru but I love this website for the reason that it handles all aspects of it and even is made my a mom who went thru the hard side of having a preemie ....
there are even burial gowns if it sadly goes that way
I got a wonderfully priced baptism gown for my son who was baptised in the NICU it was the only place I could find one it just depends on you as a person it depends on your baby and finally your NICU if this website will help you for me its a great place to find clothes and work with my NICU

the outfits are soo soo cute, but good lordy i feel like i may need to take out a second mortgage to get a few lol. i think i'll stick with carters/child of mine.
