freezer meals

If you cook and freeze, what are some of your favorite dishes?
I am getting ready for another c-section and want to have a few weeks worth of meals in the freezer for after my Mom leaves and stops cooking for us, lol
Dh can cook, but he's not that great.  
I am already planning to do a meatloaf, shepard's pie, lasagna, and a few different casseroles.
No poultry (chicken) please!

I have a smurf loads of soaps that I froze. Soaps freeze really well. I also froze some.BBQ pulled pork and enchiladas

What about some crock pot meals? Those are easy enough and you can just throw everything in the crock pot and leave it all day.

Do you freeze enchiladas, tortilla sauce and all?

BBQ pork is a great idea, good for lunches too!

I don't typically use the crock pot for anything other than a roast. What do you reccomend?

I really hope you mean soup and not soap

Well roast was one of the things I was thinking, but chili, beef stew, pulled pork....mind drawing blank now

that's great! I can tell DH what to do and he can't mess it up too much, lol

One of my favorites is beef roast in the crock pot with mild peppers and Italian seasoning. Shred it up for sandwiches. So damn good.

Put some cheese on top and toast it for a minute in the oven. So damn good

These are chicken recipes that you put together and then freeze. You don't cook them ahead of time, but I'm sure some of them you could.
