I NEED ADVICE..

I'm 22 and I have a 2 year old daughter. I was adopted at age 10. My adopted mother was very abusive physical but more so mentally and emotionally. She she's always bought me whatever I wanted..so people think she's this amazing woman..she has put me in a homeless shelter 6 since the age of 12.. I think a word for her would be narcissist.
I had made a choice to move to Ohio with my daughter to get away from her and continue my education! I had an apartment and everything lined up. Some how my mom found out something and on November 7th she and two police officers showed up at my door the first thing my mom says is "Your not going anywhere" and they handed me a court order for temporary guardianship.

She had hired a lawyer and went to court WITHOUT ME ( I didnt know anything about it). The order said my daughter was going to be in immediate and irreparable injury if she stayed in my care. Said I was an unfit mom because I didn't have a job I didn't have stable housing and I squander my government aid. well I have a job I was living with my ex and had been living with him since August..i don't even know what squander means but I use my food stamps to feed my child..
So I appealed the order wrote a letter to the judge. he set up a court date for December 12th. I went to several different lawyers and all of them wanted a retai er of at least $2500. I could not afford this so I went to court without a lawyer. I had CPS record Letter from my daughters developmental specialist all saying that I was a good mother to Sophia and that she was in great care with me..the Judge ruled against me STILL so now I have to wait until the order expires Feb 5th.

And my mom just told me that she is going to file for full guardianship..I need some help wether it me emotional support or advice on what to do. If my mom abused me and is still to this day abusing me How can I Prove it? How do I know she's not going to do the same to my daughter? PLEASE HELP ME..(sorry for the sloppiness of this post..I wrote it all on my phone)

The court must have some reason to believe you are unfit and your child is in danger, not just bc your Mom said so.

But why would they think that? My mom has called CPS on me 3 times. All three times CPS has determined the reports to be "unsubstantial" I have been seeing a developmental specialist (healthy families) Since my daughter was born. Could it possibly be because my mom has a lawyer and I don't? Someone told me that if I didn't have a lawyer the judge would not take me as serious as my mom. Is this true?

! It takes a lot of evidence to have a child taken from their mother.

Have you asked for details? They need to have proof

You do need a lawyer.
Is there any way you can take out a loan through your bank? Or a credit card? Or borrow from other family or friends?
Sorry you're going through this OP.
Is your mother letting your spend time with your daughter?

Yes she let's me see here on her time..which I'm not complaining about because I'm jut happy I still get to see her!

A lawyer would probably help, but the courts can't just blow you off for not having one. There is obviously some type of evidence or presumed threat the court is acting upon.
Have you spoken to the guardian ad litem appointed to your case?

I have written 2 letters to the judge, he never responds. Should I go to his office and ask questions?

I'd definitely be finding out what they have against you. Not sure who to talk to, but you need to find out and dispute.

I don't think I have a guardian Ad Litem. And I have gone over the original order they gave me when the took my daughter.. I have disproved eveyhing stated in the order. How would I go about finding out more? Or getting a guardian ad Litem?

there should be an ad litem appointed, call and ask who it is.

You may feel you disproved the allegations against you, but it seems the judge agreed with your Mom. What was on the petiton?
