9 month postpartum

My baby was 11 lbs 5 oz first born via Cesarean Section. She is 9 months old now
and my tummy is still very soft. I never heard of wrapping my belly, but it felt natural. I never did, since my tummy is still very soft is it too late to start wrapping?
I still have that "over hang" or whatever it is you call it. how is everyone else's postpartum going?

4 months pp. I got overhang too after c sect. What is this wrapping and does it get rid of it?

watching. i'm 3months since c-section, still got overhang and very soft belly. would love to know about how to help it get a bit back to normal. can't walk with any sort of pace without it sort of hurting cause it wobbles so much. lolx
