Teen Mum Preemie Support Groups - Brisbane QLD Area

Hi there lovely ladies,

Just wondering if anyone is able to advise of any teen/young mum support groups for Premmie babies in the Brisbane area? My friends 18yo daughter had her baby last saturday and he was born 8 weeks early but only measuring 26wks.

Thanks for much for your help, it's very much appreciated.
