I think...

So, I'm not too sure, and I don't remember what my midwife said about it, but I think I possibly lost more of my mucus plug? I went to the toilet earlier, and there was a browny-red substance on my liner, and then when I wiped, there was a pinky-red substance on the toilet paper. I haven't had any gushing, and I don't recall losing my waters, but have heard somewhere that you can lose them in small amounts. Could this be my mucus plug? And is the brown-red anything to worry about? I think she said it was normal, but can't quite remember, and just wanted to ask.
Side Note: I'm 37 Weeks along and had a small contraction/braxton hicks earlier toady.

It can come out a lite at a time. I lost mine several times between wks 20 thru 35. It regrows. And if you've had an internal exam or sex it could be from that. Otherwise it sounds like a mucous plug.

So it being red-brown is nothing to concerned about? We remember the midwife saying there could be a little blood because of where it comes away from. Thats all we are really worried about.

The color can be different for everyone. If it is red then itcam be your bloody show. But brown is more likely from the cervix being irritated by something.

Ah ok thats good. It will be iritated because the baby has been headbutting her cervix today.
