I used to be a hiring manager in a HR department? Guess what? the fools w/ poorly spelled names, NEVER got interview EVER! we threw their resume's away with out even looking at it.

yeah, well. i'm pretty happy with the people we hired. Plus, that came from my higher ups, not my choice. I was in charge of making the final choice, but we collectively went over the resumes, and They were the ones that told me what ones to call on and what ones not to. So, it wasn't fully my decision, but as a soon to be business owner, I'll do the same thing.

I am just throwing this out there... There actually is such a thing as misspelled names, it is not a matter of opinion. It is either right or wrong, and the horrid spelling you chose is wrong. Also, to comment on one of your previous posts, you do realize that most baby name websites were put together by random people, right? Users are able to add in their own names, which is why you were able to find this misspelled name. I highly suggest checking out this website for correct spellings of names.

On that site you will be able to find quirky, unique names that are also properly spelled. My daughters middle name, for example, is definitely not common, but it is spelled in the correct anglicized form and has an actual meaning to it.
