Not too bad, a little bit because you kind of have to sew in the middle to make the bow crease up. The rest of it is just measuring & hot glue gunning stuff to the clip.

do you think liquid stitch would work or do you have to actually stitch it?

I think a regular stitch..well it isn't a stitch per say. It is hard to explain but you have to wrap the string around the middle of it so that it bunches up.
