Cut like chips a tad thicker though. I just deep fry them and till they get nice and golden and serve them with cheesy gravy (its just a packet of poutine gravy with shredded cheddar cheese melted into it.)

You can season them so many different ways. Boston Pizza has some that are spicy served with some kind of creamy dip, but to me they're suupppeerrr spicy because my taste buds can't handle heat lol.

Relaxing by myself watching tv, BGing, and drinking. I need no fuss nights like this more often.
