what are some age appropriate foods for an 8 month old? He has 5 almost 6 teeth if that matters. He loves eating noodles/pasta. I want more ideas for all different meals of the day. breast fast/lunch/dinner. I offer two meals after having the breast. He still eats at least 8 times off the breast day & night. I guess I am just saying I want different ideas because my fiance and I just usually eat pretty much the same thing a couple times a month and I would like to change things up a little.

Pretty much anything you eat. I did scrambled eggs, oatmeal, french toast, pancakes, cereal for breakfast.

Pretty much anything. But u can go to www.wholesomebabyfood.com and they list foods by age. And it might give u ideas of what other foods you can introduce.

My dd liked really tender cooked carrots, broccoli, and green beans, she also liked cut up hot dogs, Mac and cheese, and boiled eggs.
Try cut up ham, bananas, orange slices, etc. my dd ate pretty much anything by 1 year.

for fruit (like apples or other harder fruit) should I slightly cook it to make it a little softer or should I just cut it up finely?

I never did either honestly. For apples I cut the skin off and just gave her slices. She loved gumming it to death.
