Advice?

Okay so this morning ive woken up 2 times with cramping, My left hip is killing me, My ribs are hurting. I can kinda feel a headache coming on.. My belly hurts to touch. Could these be signs of labour?? I was in the hospital the other night with bad crotch pains for the 3rd day in a row, And it showed me having contractions but my cervix was still thick.. Could this mean my boys are deciding to come?

It just sounds to me like it's just pregnancy symptoms. My ribs and hips have hurt for about three weeks now, and the headache that I had turned out to be a bad cold. If you continue to have contractions though, I would contact your dr, but as for the rest of it, just another lovely thing to go along with pregnancy
