I just don't have motivation to exercise, and I get out of breath easily if I try to exercise, and I get a pounding headache when I exercise.
My mom has a treadmill in her garage that she dosnt use and she said I could have it, and I think that would be a good place for me to start, so ican at least lose enough weight so I can exercise more.
My question is (sorry if it's dumb) but would a treadmill even make a noticeable difference??
When I go on walks, I just feel like it's not doing anything and I feel like I'm nt going to lose any weight.
Also, how long should I walk on it each day?
I know everyone is different, but how long should I expect it to take before I start to notice a little difference?
I started counting calories religiously and lost weight. Maybe start there. Once some lbs come off it might get easier to exercise and you'll have more
Motivation to work out. And yes walking will make a diff. Even if u don't see the diff inside it'll make a diff. You'll get healthier.
Yes. My mom's only means of exercising is walking. She has lost 60 lbs or more doing it. Just have to do it on a regular basis. Usually good to start at 10 minutes the first few days and then slowly increase how long you do it for as long as you possibly can
Im in the same boat but I need to loose like double what you do . Start with walking and build up from there. You are supposed to do 10,000 steps a day just in general so I might start there as a goal. Make sure you change your diet as well if you haven't already. My doctor told me to have 30 min a day where my heart rate was elevated as a start so that about a brisk walk for me. Im not sure how long it will take to notice any kind of difference though.
