Finding time to exercise

Hi there  
I am just wondering if any of you ladies have any advice for me, or can relate?
I am 5 months post-partum and have hardly lost ANY of my baby weight. I've been eating relatively healthy, but I'm not exercising. I gained a total of 80 pounds during my pregnancy. I had pre-e and, while about 20 pounds I can blame on water retention, the rest was all me. I'm now at roughly 190 pounds at 5'7". I feel disgusting   Looking to lose about 50 pounds.
Anyhow, I am wondering how you ladies find ways to exercise with a baby? Probably a lame excuse, but I have a phobia of jogging outdoors where passersby can see me jiggling. Also, it's bitterly cold lately. And I cannot afford a gym membership.
So basically, do you know of any super-awesome FREE workouts I can try without leaving my house? Lol.
How do you stay fit and make time to exercise? What do you do when you work out?

We just started doing family walks a few times a week. We do it before starting bedtime to kind of relax DD in the stroller so when we come back she is in more of a cuddly/sleepy mood.

Also, DDR, best game ever!

I'm 5 months PP too! I bought the 30 day shred, it was 9$ at target. I do it every morning before LO wakes up and while DD eats breakfast. I also walk almost everyday, about 2 miles. You have to make time!

Run with a stroller.
Do cardio during commercials.
Do home workouts like insanity, p90x, or the 30 day shred.

I did the 30 day shred. It was $10 at Target and it only takes like 30 min. Time? Idk I just find it. I work full time, have 2 kids and farm animals to take care of. It's just making yourself do it.   I've also been trying to use myfitnesspal on my phone to keep my calories down. I only need to lose around 7lbs. but those last lbs are the worst!

Before it got cold, I would take DS with me to a park and walk 3 miles. I made sure to do a brisk walk, because it burns more calories.
Now I work out at home either while he naps, or we make a game out of it. I sit him on my chest while I do crunches, on my sides while I do side planks, etc. He loves it, and just laughs and laughs (and I get a good workout too).

she done this 5 days a week she said at first just done the video once a day and its 15-20mins long, then she built up to twice a day, between this and just reducing the portion sizing of the regular foods she already ate, and the timeframe of her last meal making it earlier in the day. and any "late" snacks were just light fruit snacks.. she has gone from high 160lbs to 128lbs in about 4-6months. and shes in her 40's almost 50 years old.. i got to give her kudos for that..

but since its only 15-20mins long it'd be easy to do when the baby is even just taking a small nap

If you have Verizon cable they have some free workouts on demand under the fitness channels section that you can do in the living room while LO naps or something
