Yup. Im the type to go check on people when I can tell they arent okay.

One day in class I could hear my students talk about mdma while we were doing seat work. They knew I raved... but they were saying things that were untrue. I finally had to step in and correct their information because I didnt want them getting hurt. I was all "You know, I could lose my job for this but I cant let you guys get hurt." They were talking about the water thing and someone said "Drink 2 bottles of water an hour at the least." I had to tell them that while 2 bottles may not hurt them, it may. The thing that sucks about hypotremia is there is no set amount of water that hurts people. Its why you dont give bottles of water to babies, because it can happen VERY quickly in that little body. The best rule of thumb is to drink the bottle every hour/hour and a half OR to have a sip when you think of it. You are at the party, a song comes on and you think "Damn this is my favorite!" take a sip. 10 minutes later if you have a cigarette, take a sip. Go to the bathroom, take a few sips. Take a rest, take a sip. You want the water at a baseline level not all at once to make up for what you've lost.

One guy almost got his royal ass kicked at a party... I seriously think I saw this girl get raped... this girl was all sorts of messed up and you see this guy creep over. Creep over more. Then he is all over her and there are no friends around. Im keeping my eye on him but turn around a moment and the smurfing dick is having sex with her... right in front of everyone. She has no clue whats going on. I said "Tony what the smurf, go get security now" this again, was at a party Tony was DJing. He goes and gets our friend and all of a sudden this girl stands up and high tails it to the bathroom. Dude sits there on the couch for a moment, pushing his dick down in his pants, gets up and walks away. My friends come up and we told them what we saw and I felt so smurfing sick knowing that something wasnt right. The girl was incoherent and couldn't talk... her friends took her home (funny that they werent around when she was almost passed out... smurfing stupid people). The guy was nowhere to be seen. It killed Tony and I to know what happened.

But people have sex at parties... it just didnt "click" until it was too late that hey... something isnt right.

I was at a party that Tony was DJing and I was smurfing TIRED. I really didnt drink a lot but my meds made me so damn tired. So I sat on the couch near the DJ booth and huddled up and went to sleep. My friends threw the party, Tony was like, 10 feet away. So I didnt think anything of it. I had like 3 beers, NOTHING that would cause me to be incoherent but I was just so tired it affected me different. Well next thing I know Tony is coming up to me and I wake up, some random ass guy has his arm around me and snuggling up to me and Tony says "What the smurf do you think you are doing?" He says "Shes my girlfriend." Im all WTF?!!??! Tony says "You smurfing fool, thats MY girlfriend and you dont even know her name!" Security told him he had 1 minute to get his ass out of there before his face was going to be kicked in. I felt like an ass, ya know I was the one that went to sleep, but I was just waiting until Tony stopped Djing so we could go home. That was when I was in the middle of all my surgeries and anemic so seriously I could pass out and it would seem as if I took a bunch of sleeping pills but I literally slept 16 hours out of the day.... I was so sick then. It was common for me to go to sleep at the blink of an eye.

I have been drugged at a party too... had brain damage from it. I think I know who it was and it smurfing sickens me how guys try so hard to get into a girls pants. That smurf was horrible... I still have memory problems from it.

Thats why when I see girls put themselves into situations like that I watch them because their dumbass friends dont care to.

I am proud to say I have never tried a drug in my life (or maybe I am lame   ). I just don't think it is worth the risk of addiction, plus it smurfs up your system.

I had a two week binge right before my hospitalization this past time. Never again will I drink

I use to be a pretty hardcore raver and started out with club drugs. E, mdma, ketamine and the list goes on. Then I got in to coke all the way to meth, oxy's and whatever damn pill I could get. I became addicted. I've been clean since 2006.

I grew up with a Dad who was a Junkie. He was the greatest man ever and all my friends thought so. He died in 2008 due to Hep C he contracted in the 80's.

I am a firm believer in not laying blame on addiction on anyone or thing. If you get addicted it's no ones fault but your own and your weakness.

I don't give a crap what anyone does in their spare time, whether your a parent or not. Moderation is key with anything. Half the people who say they have never done drugs are on prescription pills anyways. No difference depending on the kind IMO.

You made me remember more drugs I've tried, lol. I've done coke, meth, and kitty. Meth is some bad smurf, so is coke. yuck.

And my dad had an aneurysm, prob drug related, he was 33 I believe...

None. I don't even drink. Thinking about trying weed some time, since it's legal here now, but it'd have to be when someone can watch my kids. I don't want to freak out and endanger them in some way.

I can't rightfully say I've never tried Horse because I'm prescribed an opiate....and I've smoked opium.
I'm not proud of my past. I dated a "candy man" for years and got addicted to acid. We would get visine vials of liquid acid, dose it onto sugar cubes, sweet tarts, whatever and sell them...along with weed, opium, hash, shrooms, E, etc. We did cook and sell crack but I didn't try it.
What makes it all so extremely sad is the fact I was graduating with a bs in criminal justice and a few of the local police officers were on our pay roll.  
Looking back, I am sooooooo thankful I survived that lifestyle and had the balls to leave it all behind!

If people are going to be counting alcohol and prescription psychiatric medications then yeah Ive done "drugs". Alcohol I can see why it's considered a drug. But I can't function without my psych medications. If you think I shouldn't be taking them you can take a flying leap   because you don't know what I'm going through on and OFF my medications.

You can't judge me at all until you've lived through what I'm going through for a day.

The shoes I walk in may be ugly and people may judge, but they're mine!

Exactly. A few people on here know my true diagnoses. They are not pretty and make me feel horrible everyday. But it is MY life. And it can't be judged until you've been there.
