I cheated

I cheated on my diet I always get a Starbucks when I go grocery shopping. I decided I would cut them out since they are high in calories. I caved today. I did go with a tall skinny vanilla latte so it was only 100 calories vs the million bazillion in a frappuchino.

I have one Starbucks a week. That is it. I would weigh at least 20 pounds more if I indulged as much as I want to.

Think of it as a reward for doing well. If you cut out everything you're more likely to not stik to the diet
