Could she be gassy, hungry, teething, tired, or just plain cranky?

She is of the age where she should be hitting a pretty big growth spurt. She will want to eat more and then sleep sleep sleep. Teething can make them pretty fussy and whiny too.

I would just comfort nurse her on demand and make sure she is burped well (just incase she has a little gassy tummy). Check her temp as well. A low grade fever (even though they say in medical books it isn't, it honestly can be) can be a sign of teething. It is strange that they say it isn't but even my pedi will say all her kids got small fevers with teeth as well.

Sounds like teething.

My son did the same thing. He would be plain miserable for a good two days before he cut a tooth.

Try to give her teeth tablets and see if that helps her at all. Those would be magic on my LO.

I am nursing on demand. I'm also trying to give her cereal, puree foods etc, and she does NOT want it. All she wants is milk, she never drinks from bottle only from breast. I'm thinking maybe she's teething? I want to get some oralgel but idk about that bc I don't want to get it and that's not the reason, u know.. Also I she is teething, how long will she continue being fussy/whiny until the teeth pop out?

She is teething. lol

Hylands teething tablets are much better than oragel. Oragel makes the gums tight and makes it harder for the teeth to pop thru. It can be a few days. She may only be fussy during this part and not the break thru.

! These !

They come in little containers like this.

(Not my picture)

You can find them in the baby section at Walmart, where all the lotions and baby tooth brushes are.

Definitely sounds like teething! My DS 11 months is the exact same way when he's teething, doesn't want to eat foods just his bottle. However for us that means more formula and he can drink 2-3 8 oz bottles when he goes through that stage.

I agree the hyland teething tablets are amazing!! They do wonders for my DS i get mine from target they're around $8 here. But you get 100 or more a bottle. They dissolve instantly in their mouth or you can dissolve them in water first and then give it to them.
