Adding photos

Im trying to add photos to my page also to my post. Please help.. It keeps saying to enter URL.. URL of what??

URL of the photo. Its has to be a photo from the internet you cant upload directly form your computer.

ok i had tried to upload from photobucket but it didnt seem to work.. do i post the album or the induvidual photo url

individual picture the direct link is what i use and it works everytime.
