Im only just over 29 weeks and im having some bad cramps right now in my back and low in the uturus. not sure why and what they are but they hurt more then usual. im wondering if its maybe the baby flipping since he is breech right now???
It's kind of hard to tell whats going on with baby in there.. if you can time your cramps or they become more unbearable then call your OB. If you can't time them then just drink water and lay on your side to relax to see if they subside.
The rule is if you get more than 4 to 6 per hour, you need to go get checked out. They could be real contractions, or something like a UTI. Make sure you're drinking a bunch of water and laying down until everything settles down.

Yep that's pretty uncomfortable if they wait until the end to turn. My youngest wasn't head down until he was almost 35 weeks. It was *very* painful when he flipped.
