Couscous is pasta. We don't eat gluten

they make more than cous cous, but they also have a bunch of different flavors in the cous cous. it's so easy. i have never made it any other way, lol.

I've only made it in place of rice (because we didn't have any rice) for chicken stir fry. It was pretty good.
