Who said any fat comments? That woman wasnt' fat, I said nasty. Good job assuming fat=nasty.   I am 100 lbs soaking wet & if I wear pants that are too tight for me I get a muffin top. It's not like that isn't COMMON knowledge. ANYONE can dress nasty. And yes, the woman I know who was nursing DID look hotter than that woman. So what? I don't feel one bit bad for putting that bitch in her place.

She could have stuck to her guns and not left. Or repeated herself, saying she is doing nothing illegal. That would be the day I let someone tell me what to do like that. Still, she chose to leave on her own will.

Yes,she should have but I can understand why she didn't. A lot of times it only escalates the situation and worse things could and do happen.

Sometimes that doesn't happen though because they don't know the law either...

Since when does an annoying ignorant man harassing you mean you deserve money?

If this man was no employed by someone and had said these things to her just as a customer of the mall, who would she sue then?

And she still CHOSE to leave.

Unless I keep missing the part where he takes hold of her ear and leads her out the door

exactly.

i'm sorry but breastfeeding is not something i'd ever get embarrassed about and feel the need to leave if someone was yelling at me. And you bet your ass, my SO would also have something to say to someone who tried.

I guess we'd rather teach people to sue rather than stand up for their rights.

I live in Houston and the Galleria is full of snotty asswipes. I went to Saks 5th Avenue there once (slightly drunk but oh well) and they were so condescending and made comments asking if I could even afford to shop there. BITCHES. Smurf the Galleria.

The customer?

I wouldn't have sued, but she is entitled to her feelings and if she felt that suing was in her best interests, then so be it.

No kidding?

Lol.

Again, no one forced her to leave. Legally, you don't get paid for being embarrassed. She won't get a dime, as well she shouldn't
