Shrimp

I'm wanting to make a coconut shrimp or honey walnut. Something yummy like that.

Anyone have recipes? I'm on all recipes right now but they all look good lol

not really a recipe
but i like plain steamed shrimp and i mix up equal parts helmans mayo and honey to use as dipping sauce

I got you...

Get two bowls.

One with a mixture of egg and cornstarch. Another with panko bread crumbs and shredded coconut.

Dip that smurf in the eggy stuff, then dip it in the coconut stuff, slap it on a baking tray and bake it until it's done   I usually do it at 350 for like....maybe 20 minutes or so? Basically until I see the coconut shreds turning brown.

We get gluten free panko and breadcrumbs from online   they don't sell them around here
