works for me right off. Try mother's milk tea, it has fenugreek plus other helpful herbs and water! eat plain old fashioned oatmeal and drin ktons of water. Put baby to the breast as much as you can. nothing works like a baby.

Drink a smurf ton of water.

When u take fenugreek you risk dehydration since it pulls all the water from
Your body. So drink waaay enough water. Also it can cause a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance so watch baby for green poop.

Most people see a change in three days. I was told when your sweat smells like maple syrup (which is odd I know) you have the right amount of pills. Also drink tons of water and at least one bowl of oatmeal a day

Why do you think your supply is decreasing? The only indications of low supply are decrease in wet diapers and weight loss. Pulling off the breast, pumping only a little bit of milk, fussyness and frequent feeds are not signs of low milk supply.
Especially the frequent feeds. Could be a growth spurt?

If you are worried try pumping after each feeding. Your body works on supply and demand :]

That doesn't sound like low milk supply. It sounds like he is going through nipple preference or a growth spurt. Babies do that sometimes when they get distracted to.

I would try pumping until you feel your let down and then latch him. :] See if that helps.
