Were there specific places in NY you went that you just knew you been there before? It is a similar feeling of remembering a place you been to before in that same life?

I see what you're saying. Reincarnation can't exist without Karma, imo. It would be really messed up for a rapist to be brought back as a handsome, go-lucky movie star.

We went to a club in lower manhattan and was hungry after. without thinking I led our group to an old pizza place I just knew would be there. The shop was more modern than what popped in my brain, but somewhat the same. It was definitly like a memory from this life. But it wasn't.

Karma is nothing to be scared of. It is just the universal law of cause and effect and is not punishment but acts sort of like a mirror. Basically what you do to or for others you do to and for yourself.

I actually don't even believe in Hell. One of the reasons why Karma and reincarnation makes sense to me. I believe we all have an energy including animals, insects, and plants. Basically everything has a type of energy in life and that transfers in death.

That's intersting   My dad says that his previous life in NY also took place during the depression.

I too don't believe there is a Hell other than what is self created. Your last sentence was very interesting because that is often what near death experiencers report and often afterwards they won't even hurt flies.

Native Americans (like me) believe that there is no "death," simply a change in worlds. This notion also correlates to physics, if you're holding to the idea that life is energy. Energy cannot be destroyed, it can merely be transferred or displaced. It makes sense to believe that we are not simply "gone" after our bodies die. I whole heartedly believe that we do get transferred from one body to another when we die. We believe that we leave this world to walk the spirit world with the Creator, and my own personal belief (after MONTHS of meditation and thought on the issue) is that yes, we do leave this plane to walk on another, but return to this one in a different form.

Thank you for sharing that is really interesting. I am Wiccan myself so most of my beliefs are nature based, which is why to me the entire earth is buzzing with different energies.

Wicca and most Native beliefs are very similar, which is why I identified so well with Wicca when I was studying different religions/belief systems. It called to me in a way I couldn't quite explain, long before I ever started learning anything about my Native culture. I believe this is because our two ideologies were spurred by the same basic belief, Earth is our Mother, and all life is Sacred to Her. Everything on Earth has a life force, an energy. Native Americans go so far as to say everything on Earth has its own soul. Trees, rocks, the very ground beneath our feet, each have a soul, and each have their own name.
