AH gah how did I miss it?!

So I cooked a turkey that we had in our freezer. As I'm basting it I notice something sticking outta the neck part. It was the freaking giblets in their packing. The package wasn't plastic. They were in a paper type material. I think I know the answer but I' 'll ask anyway, is the turkey ok to eat?
