Is it not the BEST feeling?

when you get your kid to bed after a long, long, LONG battle?

DS would not go down for his morning nap, per usual. Today he was fighting me more than he usually does and it was really stressing me out. FINALLY, he fell asleep and I just feel so accomplished.      

Id have to say the best feeling is when they fall asleep on you, and you successfully carry them to their room and lay them down without waking them up! Now that feels good lol

It is the best feeling and so is your LO sleeping ALL night. The only way my son will go to bed or nap by himself is if I swaddle him in his sheet lol. Other than that he'd be up in the crib playing.

I usually feel rundown and sad. Her fighting me makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong, or being mean. Then, when she's asleep, I just want to wake her up and cuddle her.

Yes, definitely! I always go into that mission feeling extremely pessimistic but when it works, it's a miracle. DS wakes up 9 times out of 10 on that one, haha

I can't wait for this feeling. I've been fighting DS for 2 days now. I think when he finally goes to sleep I'll be too much in shock to fall asleep lol.

Best feeling ever! My son didn't want to stay asleep unless me or SO was holding him. We won this battle.
