26 week preemie, prayers needed.

Hey ladies, a week ago, my sisters 26 yr old friend(Tara) had an emergency c-section to have her baby at 26weeks. Apparently her blood pressure sky rocketed at home and she had a stroke before arriving at the hospital. After she got there, they found out that she had a blood clot on her brain and would need immediate surgery for that but before they could remove it, they had to take her baby girl. By this time, I believe they said she was in a coma.During her surgery, they had to take off pieces of her skull, take out the clot and wait for the swelling to go down, then procede to put it all back together.
I just got news that because of the stroke she is still unresponsive on her right side and hasn't been able to talk yet. And also, baby Myla was born 5/29 and weighed 1 lb 12oz.
If ya'll could please keep her in your prayers, it would be much appreciated. I will keep this updated as we find out more information.

Thank you ladies. They told her that she had the baby, and she moved one of her fingers, so they think she knows, but of course are not sure until she can speak again. I have 2 pictures I can post, but I don't want to put the others up here because it is of the dad and Myla, and I'm not sure if he would want me to put his picture up here just yet.

Thats horrible to hear. I hope your friend and the baby get better. I'll definately pray for them

Having a preemie is so stressful...it makes me very sad to hear she has so much going on on top of that =( I hope she is able to recover quickly and fully, and that her little baby girl will have an uneventful stay in the NICU.

I will surely keep the baby and her mom in my prayers. I hope everything does get better. I remember having Gabby in the hospital. She was born March 18 at 28 weeks. She spent about 6 weeks in the hospital, now she is home. But i hope everything does get better soon!!!!
