When does babys head proportionally even out with body in pr

I remember reading in an update a while back that it already is proportional but one of the OBs at the hospital told me "at this point" it isn't yet, the head is way bigger. I'm 26 weeks. TIA.

Not until they're out and toddlers. Baby's heads are always huge and unproportional to their bodies.

Babywise I mean. We were talking about breech delivery and she told me I/ not far enough along to try for a vaginal breech birth because babys head isn't proportional to the body yet. But I remember reading at like 16 weeks that it was just about proportional.

My friend had a vaginal birth at 24 weeks, her daughter is now a healthy kindergartener. She also had a cesarean at 27 weeks and her son didn't survive. I just think it all depends.
