I just found out last night I'm expecting my second child. I'm terrified my baby is 8m old. This baby will be loved too, but holy smurf...

Also, I'm sicker than a dog! Tips??? I can't eat, drink...I don't remember it this bad last time. I feel like death.

Call in to your a doc for something called zofran. Helped me out a ton

I don't have any tips cause i didn't get any sickness but if it last for a while and you haven't eaten or drank in a while then i'd talk to a docter, not good for you or the baby. Congrats and good luck with the baby!  

Thanks ladies! Never heard of zofran but I will definitely ask, I'm miserable! I'm calling my doctor Monday morning.

Over the weekend go to the healthfood store & get ginger capsules. You can also get it in hard candy to suck on. It does help nausea. Also if you have lack of appetite - alfalfa tonic helps, but it's a bit medicinal tasting, you try the ginger first to see if you can stomach the other.

I will try anything at this point. I'm basically bedridden because of this nausea.

eat protein - force yourself and you will very quickly feel better. I took a spoonful of peanut butter everytime i felt nauseated and it saved me

The thought of how thick peanut butter is doesn't sound good, but its worth a shot. Thanks

I know it's sounds odd and the thought of eating while nauseated is aweful, but the solution to morning sickness is not the same as having a stomach bug. Your body is reacting that way because it needs something - protein. I had hyperemisis and it literally saved me. I refused to take medications and I found a natural remedy that worked way better then meds and kept my baby much more healthy

I will definitely try it in the morning.

my dr said don't take that in pregnancy. Ginger ale is fine though.

Lol! I am 9 weeks and my lo was 8 months when I found out! We were surprised. Lol. Congratulations!

you will be fine mama. Im 14 weeks pregnant and my youngest just turned 9 months lol   as far as morning sickness goes zofran!
