Me and DH tend to agree on everything. Sometimes its like we read eachothers minds.
With LO we agreed on a name as soon as I found out I was pregnant.
This time around I am set on a name and DH either doesbt want to use it or is just messing with me. I know im only 21 weeks but I want our child to have a name and I dont think ill agree on anything else except maybe one other thats on his list.
RELAX. We didn't agree to names until literally right before birth, as in with #2, I was double checking with Dh that we DID agree as I was filing out the birth cert info as I wasn't sure we had come to an agreement yet. They'll get the right name...they will. You just need to have faith & relax. You really do have LOTS of time. At 21 weeks I didn't even have either of my kids names "on the list" yet - the names we actually used came up later, so I am sure there are OTHER names you haven't thought of yet that you also would like.

I like unique names. The one im set on is but the other is not so much. I just loved being able to say 'jasper' while i was pregnant with LO instead of 'him'. DH should just agree with me lol.
I find the key is pick a name, never bring it up, bring up bad names from now until birth & THEN when you spring the one you actually like on them right after pushing out their child, they are MUCH less likely to argue.
My first 2 kids didn't have a name until I was ready to pop!
My second childs name is something I thought I'd never use. I knew of the name Isla way before I even started having a children but I never thought I'd name my own daughter that. You'll find something
There is still plenty of time. With my second we didn't have a name for him until about a month before he was born. I thought we would never agree on a name and he'd be born nameless. (friends of ours didn't name their baby until he was like 3 weeks old, I really didn't want to do that) I get wanting to have a name early. SO and I were the same, we wanted a name so we could stop calling him him/the baby lol. It was easier with DD, we find girl names easier to agree on.
