7.30-8.
It's so hard with daylight savings and it being light until 9pm!

He still naps too and gets up at about 6am

Winter 7 pm. Summer time 8-9 depending.

7. Because she won't actually fall asleep til like 2 hours after that because she gets out of bed a few times and screws around lol

Yes, daylight savings is killing me!! He naps around 12.30 for two hours, sometimes a little more. I've been thinking i should maybe cut his nap time down? Or do I just push his bedtime back as he is getting older?

I don't think it's about getting older, I think it's the natural body clock. My 5 year old goes to bed at the same time as the little one.
I think if he's fighting bedtime for that long, I'd try 8 and keep the nap. I think at 2 I'd let him nap as he needs. My eldest napped until age 3.5.
Once daylight saving ends hell go back down to 7.

Bedtime is 7pm for all kids. 6year old 2 year old and 5month old.  
Since my 6yr old doesn't have school I'm a bit more lenient. Still 7pm in bed but he can watch a DVD or read some books for a while.

11pm but only because I work 3rd shift.
