I don't have them now but I almost did it if it weren't for some ladies here. I had 5 years since my last suicidal attempt and I really thought I wouldn't get that low again but I did. I'm feeling better in that sense, I just have all the other things going on.

My last attempt was 3 years ago, but because I was on SSRI's. please be careful and add me if you want. I may sound crazy but promise I am always here to talk. Also Tricyclics didn't work for me so they tried benzodiazepines and they worked like a charm.

Sounds like a panic attack. I suffer from anxiety as well. The last few weeks it has been really rough. Almost where I cannot function normally. I had it as a child too. Used to have panic attcks at night and the only thing that would calm me down was sleeping in bed with my mom. I hope you start feeling better. If u ever need to talk i'm willing to listen...well read lol. Good luck girl
