When did you start planning baby shower?

How far along were you when you, or whoever planned your baby shower, started planning?
And How far along were you the day of your baby shower?

My last pregnancy my mom, sisters and I started planning around 28 weeks had my shower at 32 weeks..
This pregnancy I won't be having a baby shower until i'm 35 weeks and we just started planning.

i started planning when i was 8 months and i was 8 months when i had it, well actually you arent suppose to plan it lol someone is suppose to plan and throw it for you but anytime after you find out the sex should be ok  

They decided to robot when my son was 2 months, had it when he was 3 months.

I'll be 24 weeks at mine---we're doing it early because my host is pregnant and is probably having a repeat C-section (hoping for a VBA2C) about 2 weeks after my shower date, so she can't host until I'm 30+ weeks and I'll probably be on bed rest then...

So 24 weeks it is. Feb 9th

We're due a day apart  
With my first, I had it at 28 weeks because my ex was on leave during that time from the Marine Corps. This time we're planning our own and planning on doing at about 32 weeks. I don't want to start too early with planning and having it drag on, but I buy a majority of my things online so I know it has to be done ahead of time. Just don't want to start ridiculously soon.

I'd start planning about 6 weeks ahead. That's what we (me and my host) did. Its now 1 month ahead and I'm sending invites out tomorrow or Monday depending on when I get all the addresses in.

we're just starting to talk about mine (I'm assisting my mom and best friend seeing as how I'm a control freak) and I'm 27 weeks..
