Narcissa = Diana Mitford.
Andromeda = Jessica Mitford.

Because Percy only speculated that must be why she had run off. But Percy is full of himself. He always thinks it's about him when it has nothing to do with him.

Where does it say she's avoiding him? I thought it was just she promised to keep the secret and Percy assumed she was going to break the promise but really she didnt want him to know it was her that was opening the chamber of secrets?

    Harry & Ron figured later (after they found out she was taken) that she was going to tell them what she knew about the chamber of secrets attacks. -pg 295.
At the end of the book, Harry ASKED her what she saw Percy doing that he didn't want her to tell anyone about, so then she told them what she saw Percy doing... but she never said that's what she was going to tell them-pg 340/341.
The ONLY reason WHY she stopped talking to them, was because Percy said that he'd take her seat if she was done with it.. and she didn't want Percy nor anyone else to hear what she had to tell Harry & Ron!! It never confirms exactly WHAT she was going to tell them, though..

Exactly and that's why my answer never specified what she was intending to tell them either.

Yeah, it was all just speculations. And the question didn't ask WHAT she was going to tell* them... The question just asked WHY she stopped talking! Doesn't always take a Ravenclaw to be a perfectionist smartypants ;)
