You know I'm not a Slytherin hater by any means. I've been sorted on Pottermore three times, and my second time was in Slytherin.

But I'm not aware of any Slytherins fighting on Harry's side except Slughorn and Snape, albeit secretly.Where does it say that any Slytherins came back after leaving?

In the book and it was said in an interview. Pottercast 131 that some Slytherins were in the reinforcements brought back by Slughorn.

And I dont buy that possess argument. He had a head on the back of his, like Voldemort could do anything to him when he was there and like Quirrell couldn't just not do whatever was going on. The fact that he was caught arguing with Voldemort shows he was still in control of himself

Where in the book does it say that Slytherins came back? I see on the PotterCast interview what you are talking about but as I go through the battle chapters in my book I am not seeing it. It says Slughorn stayed and fought but the only other Slytherins it mentions coming back were Malfoy, Crabbe, and Goyle, and they came back with the intentions of getting Potter and being rewarded by Voldemort. It says in the Deathly Hallows on page 610 that the Slytherin table was completely deserted. I could definately be overlooking it and I am not an anti-slytherin person but I am not finding it in the books myself.

Okay well I'm back from the doctor finally. That infection I had is back and I'm going to have to have surgery. Luckily it was caught early enough that it's not an emergency situation like last time lol. My surgery is scheduled for next Monday, so I'll be able to do trivia this week. After that things will be up in the air. I'm sure I will be out of action all of next week bc I'm looking at a 5-7 day hospital stay. When I will be back in the game will just depend on when I become lucid again lol. After my last surgery I was a zombie for weeks. I hardly even remember it.

They said I can expect a minimum of 10 weeks "recovery" time, which means absolutely no pressure on my leg and only being able to get up and use a walker/crutches to go to the bathroom. And I will have an at home IV for antibiotics for 6 weeks. So basically... a lot of time on the internet.

I remember that   Prayers for you! My mom had osteomyelitis in her jaw and she had to have 1/2 her lower jaw removed. Then the screws got infected. Once that FINALLY cleared up, she had a none graph done. She'd been on a PICC line for months prior to everything tho

Oh man that sucks! I'm not looking forward to the PICC line. I freaking hated that thing. My doctor is going to do a bone scrape this time. She said she's trying really hard to avoid having to put in a rod since metal is so prone to infection, especially when the infection is already present.

My dad actually goes to the same orthopedic clinic I go to but sees a different specialist bc he broke his leg in September and has 5 non-union breaks in his tibia. He's having a bone graft in two weeks. I guess we will be pitiful surgery buddies.
